Dr Ameer Ibrahim

Dr Ameer Ibrahim is a Sports and Exercise Physician who specialises in non-surgical treatments for tendinopathies, osteoarthritis and sporting injuries. He has a special interest in regenerative medicine, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and ultrasound-guided injections.
Dr Ibrahim graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1994. He has had over 20 years of sports medicine experience, dealing with professional and elite athletes and teams across a number of different sports. Dr Ibrahim is a co-founder of Sydney Sportsmed Specialists in Sydney CBD and Sydney Sports Medicine Centre at Sydney Olympic Park.
