Dr Ameer Ibrahim is a Sport and Exercise Medicine Physician with over 20 years’ experience treating tendinopathies, osteoarthritis and sporting injuries using non-surgical approaches. He has a particular interest in regenerative medicine, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and ultrasound-guided injections.

A graduate of the University of New South Wales, Dr Ibrahim has worked extensively with professional and elite athletes across multiple sports. He is a co-founder of Sydney Sportsmed Specialists in the Sydney CBD and Sydney Sports Medicine Centre at Sydney Olympic Park.
